How can I reset my password for the Capella Console?

To reset your password, log in through the Okta portal, click Forgot password on the verification screen, and follow the email instructions to complete the reset. 

The Forgot your password button on the main Console login no longer works for accounts migrated to Okta on March 26. To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Console login page 

You can also navigate to the Okta Customer portal and follow the same steps.

2. Enter your username and clicks the Next button

3. Click the Forgot password button on the password verification screen

4. Click the Send me an email button

5. Open the email from Okta and follow the reset password process
