If a new tasking request is rejected, there are several options to consider when attempting to resubmit the request that may increase the likelihood of successful scheduling:
Change Tasking Timeframe
- Increase Window Duration to increase the number of collection opportunities
- Consider setting the window open to a future date when more imaging capacity may be available
Change Tasking Parameters
-
Select a different tasking tier
-
Consider changing the look angle range to increase the number of collection opportunities
-
Eliminate orbital plane constraints
-
Eliminate orbit state (ascending/descending) constraints
-
Eliminate observation direction (left/right) constraints
-
Reduce AOI area size for polygon tasking requests
Other Options
- Look to see if the task conflicts with other requests
- Make sure tasking request aligns with current constellation imaging latitude constraints
