Satellite access opportunity footprints during task review
The scene footprints of potential satellite access opportunities are now displayed for preview on the map during the task creation and review process. The Console Mission Awareness UI component has been moved out of the task form and is now positioned below the map.
In addition to the metadata for the opportunity -- satellite access time, orbit state, orbital plane, observation direction, and look angle -- the predicted scene footprint of the access opportunity is displayed on the map as the user hovers over the satellite access time in the list.
The area coverage and orientation of the predicted satellite access opportunity is often an important consideration during the task creation and review process.
The user can continue to refresh access times as selections are made in the task form and download satellite access opportunity metadata to a .CSV file. In addition, the polygon of the potential satellite access opportunity is available for download in GeoJSON format via the link below the metadata when hovering over a satellite access time in the list.
Finally, the potential satellite access opportunities are available through the remainder of the task review and creation process -- on the Review New Task and Task Details pages -- until the task and its associated collect has reached the 'predicted' state.
