Task cancellation up to T-3 hours
To provide greater flexibility to adapt to dynamic tasking scenarios, it is now possible for users to cancel a task in Console or via the public API up to 3 hours prior to collection time. Previously, task cancellation was restricted to 12 hours prior to collection time. Note: Any task cancelled less than 12 hours prior to collection time is still subject to the Capella task cancellation policy.
Auto refresh user web access token
A Console user's web access token is automatically refreshed every hour before the user is required to re-authenticate (after 24 hours). Because the system still validates the user's ability to access the system at minimum every hour, security is still enforced while at the same time providing an improved user experience and limited disruption during periods of inactivity.
'Reset Password' button in password reset email
The password reset email sent to users when clicking the 'Forgot Password' link now includes a button for users to directly initiate the password reset process. For email clients and browsers that do not support button-based redirects, the link text is also provided to manually copy / paste in the browser address bar.
Fixed
Update 'Window Close' when 'Window Open' is modified
The 'Window Close' parameter in the tasking form is now automatically updated when the 'Window Open' parameter is modified, based on the current selection for the 'Tasking Tier' parameter. This corrects an issue where it was possible to inadvertently set a 'Window Open' value later in time than the 'Window Close' value.
The user can optionally choose to manually modify the 'Window Close' to a custom value after making changes to either the 'Window Open' or 'Tasking Tier' parameters.
